The Company

The company was established in Château-d'Oex, a winter-summer resort located 15 minutes from Gstaad in 1968. Roger Lenoir, a real estate agent with over 30 years of experience has acquired a reputation for providing real estate representation based on trust and disretion. Seventeen years ago his nephew, Marc Lenoir joined the company and extended the business on the Gstaad Valley.

The company deals principally with the sale of new and old chalets and apartments. However it also handles condominium and private property management.

We endeavors to establish a personal relationship with our clients in order to advise them professionally with regards to their new investment.

Our goal is to keep in touch long after transactions have been completed. This is simply because we care and are committed to giving the finest service.
